In accordance with current regulations, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us by email at contact@buildbear.ca or via our contact form. We will tell you how to return the products.
The refund is subject to the following conditions:
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, in their original packaging.
Returns must be made within 30 days of notification of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product or product not conforming to the order).
We recommend using a tracked service for the return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 30 days, via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Some items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
Products purchased on promotion or sale (except in the case of a proven defect).
Gift cards.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the product and packaging. We will offer to send you a replacement product at our expense or issue a partial refund.
